I do them all myself Chi, except for Chis--it's my kitties of course, and not Pogo games, but the rest? YES!!!! I can see we're sisters of the heart.

Watching a sunset just makes the stress drain right out. :) A margarita does the same thing, but without the visuals. :)

Most of those work for me too Chi ... not yard work - I'm not big on that! Margaritas would be my favorite! LOL! (though I don't have them very often...) I like to swim too... and then soak in the hot tub!

I like the one about laughter. One of my favorite comedies to destress myself is I Love Lucy. I don't care how many times I've seen it, I still laugh myself silly at it.
